Eileen Deadwiler is a combination of author, speaker, minister, worshiper, and theologian. She received her graduate certificate of Christian Theology from Grand Canyon University. Eileen served in ministry, speaking, leading worship, and producing special services for over 20 years.
Her authorship began with writing the book she sought to read, The Journey in Between, Navigating the Terrain in Between Life's Moments.
At the age when people are settling into who they have become, Eileen at 50 was navigating the space of starting over in a new state, settling into a new home, crossing a threshold in her marriage as empty nesters, and not knowing what was next for her, so she began to write.
In her in-between moment, she wrote her book, launched a podcast, began her weekly virtual Bible study during the COVID-19 pandemic for which she was presented a proclamation from the City of Las Vegas: awarded June 2, 2021, as Eileen Deadwiler Day.
Eileen hails from North Las Vegas, NV with her husband Derrick and a lovable boxer/pit named Dexter. She is the mother of four adult children and currently has one son-in-love. She comes from a large family and is number seven of eight siblings.
Fun Fact: Since moving to Las Vegas, she has sung in back up choirs for the award-winning Latin artist Luis Fonsi at the Latin Grammy’s, Michael Bublé’s Resort World residency, and the chorus behind the legendary Eagles Last Stop Tour.
Eileen enjoys reading Christian mystery thrillers, and spending quality time laughing with family and friends.
In Her Own Words:
“Everything that I write will be honest and held to the standard of the biblical principles upon which I desire to live by. Please expect that my work will be encouraging, uplifting, inspirational and will challenge the reader to want to make a difference in their own lives.”
